Session times are available on weekdays - day time and evening -between 10.00 - 19.00; there can be flexibility of times from week to week.

Sometimes it becomes apparent that therapy would not be the best course of action and some other approach can be suggested. Where therapy is appropriate you can decide to book a further session, or you might want to go away and think about it - maybe talk it over with a partner or friend - before deciding on therapy.
